Visa Service: Choosing the Right One

Saturday, August 14th, 2010

Without the slightest doubt we would all agree that getting a visa for any country is a cumbersome and tedious process. Hence, you would find most people trusting various visa service agencies to obtain them. The most important reason why people prefer these visa service agencies is the time factor involved. You always want to save time and the lengthy official documentations required by visa authorities can be a pain to fill in. Now, this is where the need for a good visa service comes into the picture. Here are some of the important aspects that will help you choose the right visa service.      Punctuality: This is very important. You would always want your choice of visa service to value the time frame and the deadlines issued by you. The trip might be a business trip or a leisure trip. An unreliable visa service can have drastic consequences on your trip schedule. Consulting Fees: Visa services charge a fee for the services rendered. On certain things free consultation can also be given. As with any consulting service, the fees vary. It may be on an hourly basis, per visit basis, but some offer a fixed cost. One of the things you should look out for is how the agents handle your case. Choose a consulting firm that offers both professionalism and personalized service. They must understand your needs and any special circumstances you may have.  Coverage: Make sure that your choice of visa service can operate in a wide area. Try and find whether the visa service offers other valuable services such as online passport renewal in UK, the delivery time for the same and much more. This helps you get an idea on the levels of professionalism followed by the company. Make sure that the visa service always has special services when it comes to dealing with travel visa clients. The reason behind this is simple. The documentation for a travel visa is a bit tedious than normal and at times the process works on a strictly defined time frame. I hope this information helps you understand some important aspects to be kept in mind while finding a visa service agency.Passport and Visa Service is a leading visa service consultant in UK providing add on services such as online passport renewal. Useful tips on getting Vietnam Visa-Rush Visa

Tuesday, July 27th, 2010

Make sure your passport has at least 2 blank pages; the Vietnam Immigration Dept requires at least two blank pages.

Make sure your passport isn’t going to expire for a next 6 months from the registered date. The passport expiration date must be greater than six months from the date of entry for thevisa you are applying for. If your passport does not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport.

Your visa application: you really need the assistance of a good travel visa service. You’ll find that many of the visa applications are quite confusing. There are language usage differences that may have you scratching your head. If you are not sure, ask, do not guess, errors on forms can be costly.

Passport photographs. Go to your post office or perhaps you have a drug store or photo processing store that takes passport photographs, get them, and if you are traveling a lot get a lot of extra photos. Most often you are required to submit two passport photographs with your visa application. You may get away with only providing one, you may get away with submitting a digital you took and printed on photo paper. It’snot worth the risk. Get the extra photos.

Include your travel itinerary. Some applications may require you include your travel plans as proof of entrance and exit dates. This would be the itinerary you get with your tickets or from the airline/travel agent.

Make sure you make copies of everything you send to us. This doesn’t include your passport of course, but it’s a good idea to make a copy of the first page in your passport just for your records. You will be sending your passport with your visa application and other paperwork.

Include a copy of your driver’s license. This isn’t a hard and fast rule, but just good policy. A lot of times a country may require this but neglect to mention or they may decide they want more identification information. This is a “Just in Case” preventative measure.

Do not forget the fee. If you are using a visa travel service, most likely you can simply provide your credit card number.

Finally, hire a travel visa service. These services are reasonable, quick and experienced. You do not save money doing it yourself and you certainly don’t save hassle. Your travel visaservice is there to help you with everything from completing forms to emergency turn-around times.
